By accessing or using TileCalculator ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Disclaimer of Calculation Warranties

All calculation estimates (including tile count, box rounding, waste percentages, grout weights, thinset volume, and estimated material costs) provided by the Platform are informational approximations. Actual project variables, cutting patterns, site conditions, installer mistakes, and manufacturer deviations will affect actual quantities needed.

We provide these tools "as is" and make no warranties that our calculations will match your real-world project outcomes. You must consult a licensed tile contractor before placing custom material orders.

3. Permitted Personal & Commercial Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the calculators for personal home design planning or generating estimates for professional installation quotes. You may not scrape, clone, republish, or commercially redistribute our math engine or logo without explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TileCalculator or its contributors be liable for any damages (including material order shortages, project delays, excessive cost overruns, or physical design damage) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform's calculators.
